Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms: RAQ Tech Solutions LLC ("Company") provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. By using our services, you agree to be bound by this TOS.
2. Description of Service: The Company provides various technology integration services, including but not limited to design, installation, maintenance, and support of smart home technologies and systems ("Services"). You understand and agree that the Services may include communications such as service announcements and administrative messages from us and that these communications are considered part of the Company membership.
3. Your Registration Obligations: In consideration of your use of the Services, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form (such information being the "Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete.

5. Member Account, Password, and Security: You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.
6. Modifications to Service: The Company reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
7. Termination: You agree that the Company may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your Company account and access to the Service.
8. Dealings with Advertisers: Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser.
9. Links: The Service may provide links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because the Company has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that the Company is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties: You expressly understand and agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11. Limitation of Liability: You expressly understand and agree that the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the services.
12. Exclusions and Limitations: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
13. General Information: This TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and the Company. The TOS and the relationship between you and the Company shall be governed by the laws of the State without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
