Meet the Founder
Chris Dalrymple has been working as a low voltage technician in New York and Connecticut for the last 18+ years. Managing projects in multi-million dollar residences in The Hamptons, Manhattan, Westchester County, and Fairfield County has ensured that Chris' level of professionalism and expertise was always on-point. Grateful for all he learned working for some impressive companies, he still saw some things that could be improved to enhance the overall customer experience. Never one to settle for "good enough", he founded RAQ Tech Solutions in 2024 to bring his vision to life. Emphasizing the importance of customer care as the the #1 priority, he merges complicated technology with the simplest user interfaces. He lives by his mantra "Technology should make our lives easier, we should never be fighting to make it work for us". Chris wants to be the one to make technology work for you, instead of you working for your technology.
